My Fair Doodles Health Warranty

We trust that by purchasing your puppy you are taking on the responsibility of this puppy’s well-being and provide a loving, caring home. We trust you will keep your puppy in good physical condition with regularly scheduled vaccinations, deworming, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, provide proper shelter, exercise, fresh water, dog food, proper grooming needs, and nutritional supplements as necessary. We do our absolute best to ensure that your puppy is in good health at the time he/she comes home to you. If your new puppy is showing any signs of lethargy, please contact us, as we would be glad to help you determine the problem. If your new puppy should die within 72 hours after you take him/her home due to hypoglycemic shock or any other health related causes, we will issue a full refund (not including shipping costs or tax). We do not offer refunds for things such as accidents, consumption of any hazardous plants, food, objects, medicine, poisons, gets hit by any vehicle, or runs away. If your puppy is diagnosed within the first year of life with a genetic based condition, you are required to provide written documentation by your DVM to our DVM stating the genetic condition. A replacement puppy of your choice (same value) will be provided OR the purchase price of the puppy (not including shipping costs or tax) will be issued upon the return of your puppy. Your puppy must be seen within 72 hours of going home with you by a licensed DVM for this warranty to be applied. You will receive in your puppy packet a complete health record and a Vet Certificate of Health for your DVM to review. This guarantee does not cover any worms or parasites, as worms are very common and your puppy has been dewormed to the very best of our ability with four different types of medication (Pyrantel P. and Panacur) and micro-organism preventatives (coccidiosis and giardia treatments). This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, nor does it cover injury or death from routine surgical procedure. Further, this guarantee does not cover any minor, treatable problems which can occur by frequenting any neighborhood or dog park. This does not cover any ear infections, or treatable conditions. Any exam performed by a DVM belonging to the Banfield network (Petsmart/Petco) will VOID this warranty in its entirety. Should your vet find the puppy “unfit” for sale upon the initial examination within the 72 hour time period, it will be replaced provided the puppy is returned with a written statement from the DVM stating the nature of their findings. My Fair Doodles reserves the right to have our DVM check the puppy prior to any exchange. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to return the puppy along with all registration papers and other package contents. As we do our best at guiding you through the selection process based off of our professional experience, we cannot guarantee size, color, temperament, coat quality, shedding or non-shedding coats, or fertility (including presence of testicles) of any puppy. The Seller will not guarantee the Leptospirosis vaccine due to its many adverse side effects. If the Buyer gives the vaccine, the Seller has no responsibility to pay for adverse reactions or problems that could be associated with the vaccine, even if not proven. The buyer agrees that this puppy is being purchased as a pet and for companionship purposes only. Puppy will be spayed or neutered within the first year of life and proof will be provided to Breeder/Seller on or before puppy turns one year of age. Your puppy is not to be used for any reproductive purposes of any kind. If for any reason the buyer should become Physically, Mentally, or Financially unable to care for this puppy, the Buyer agrees to return the puppy to the breeder (without a refund) so the Breeder can find a suitable home for the puppy. This puppy is not for resale and is not to be rehomed without permission from the Breeder. If the Buyer complies with all the terms contained within this agreement, then My Fair Doodles warrants the health of the puppy for one (1) year of life against genetic life-threatening defects. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, except as contained herein.
