Puppy Training

Taking home a new puppy can be super exciting but it is also a huge responsibility and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren’t prepared.

We highly recommend finding a trainer that will work with both you and your puppy in your home. We do not recommend sending your puppy off to a “training school”, as the first few months to a year of your puppy’s life are crucial for bonding with you and your family if you want a very loyal companion. Having an in-home trainer lined up before you bring your puppy home is a great decision.

Whether you hire a trainer, or choose to train your dog on your own, educating yourself well in advance before puppy comes home is crucial to a successful transition.
